Café Pachita was founded by siblings in 2026, inspired by the woman who taught us that the best memories begin around a table.
Pachita is our mother’s nickname. She’s known for her generous heart, homemade cooking, and for welcoming everyone like family.
After years of serving our community through our family’s Mexican restaurants, we wanted to create something new while carrying that same warmth and hospitality into every cup.
